Proof, Not Just Promises

Built by Us

We don't just tell you what to build. We build things ourselves, ship them, and use them. Here's some of what that looks like.

The Hangout Spot

Built by Nate

A privacy-first social app for coordinating casual hangouts with your actual friend group. No feed, no ads, no data harvesting. The anti-Facebook for real squads.

Nate runs his work life on calendars and KPIs, 40+ hours a week of structure. But he hated applying that same rigidity to hanging out with friends. Every existing option forces a tradeoff: a formal invite that overcommits everyone, or a group text that oversells the plan to people who weren't invited. The Hangout Spot splits the difference: closed "squads," one-tap availability with Open House mode, and a Vibe Check nudge instead of a guilt-trip text thread.

Idea to 30 active beta users in 7 days. Over 100 active users within seven weeks, running entirely on a single $15/month VPS. No cloud bill, no Kubernetes, no burn rate to justify: Docker Compose on a Linux container, Postgres, automated 30-minute backups, and a custom push-notification system built without third-party trackers. Zero marginal cost to scale to 1,000 users.

Same operating mode we bring to client work: ship fast, keep the stack lean, don't spend money proving a point you could prove for $15 a month.

Swap The Lens

Built by Di + Nate

AI-powered product photography for fashion and apparel brands. Turn a single mannequin shot or flat-lay into a full gallery of market-ready images across different models and settings, without booking a studio.

Traditional product photoshoots are slow and expensive: book a studio, hire models across the demographics you actually sell to, wait weeks for delivery. Di scoped the business requirements and product direction, what brands actually need to move fast on visual merchandising, and Nate built the tech to deliver it. Upload a product image, specify the demographic, pose, and setting you want, and get production-ready images in seconds that hold 100% product integrity.

This is Type A precision meeting unhinged execution in one build. The same instinct that shapes our consulting strategy, knowing exactly what the client actually needs before you build anything, paired with the same shipping speed behind everything else we make.

BracketBoss

Built by Nate

A free, self-hosted tournament bracket platform for office games, community leagues, or anything else that needs a real bracket instead of a spreadsheet. Open source on GitHub.

Most bracket tools either cost money, live inside someone else's platform, or fall apart past a single-elimination office pool. BracketBoss handles enrollment, automatic seeding, match scheduling with blackout periods, and live leaderboards, with role-based admin access and LDAP support for teams that need it. It runs entirely on your own infrastructure. No external service, no subscription, no data leaving your servers.

Released under Apache 2.0 with a Commons Clause, so it's free to use, modify, and distribute. It's not for sale. It's just useful.

Same range we bring to everything else we build: consumer social apps, AI-powered SaaS tools, and enterprise-grade infrastructure people can run themselves, for free, when that's the right call.
